Health and Beauty with Livindigo

Few months back when we moved to our new house, I wanted to have a hair cut. But I realiesd that it was hard to find and book a hair dresser around my location. I asked from friends, searched on internet, phoned different salons, but still had not got the desired services. Finally I ended up driving 40 miles away from my house to have a hair cut and paid a considerable amount of money (Sadly I did not like that hair cut).

I wish I know about Livindigo at that time, but it is never too late to know and share about an online market place for your beauty and health needs. Livindigo is a website and mobile application which provide Health and Beauty booking services in Sydney.  From our computer and smart phone, we can discover variety of services like hair cut, waxing, massage or gym session near our home or work place. Livindigo helps us to choose and book the best available services in our desired location, dates and price range. We can also see the ratings of different service providers which are given by previous clients.

Livindigo is very easy to use, it is just like Expedia, and we can use it on our computers or smart phones. After setting up an account, I enter my dates, timing, location, price range and the required services. The remaining work is done by Livindigo, it gives me the different options for my required services. I can choose the service which best suits my needs and even I can select a particular professional.  The final step is booking and then I can pay on the website with out any hassle. I receive confirmation email and even reminders before my appointment. I will get reward points when I book and review these services. There are also some great offers including last minute deals on different services and by availing these offers we can save time and money.

Personally, I really like the idea of booking health and beauty services online. Livindigo directly connects us to the required professionals while the information about the service providers, pictures and reviews make it very easy to take  a decision. The process of booking is also smooth and hassle free.  In this time poor world, this is an excellent service for busy people as we can book any treatment on our fingertips

Livindigo has a generous reward system, all clients earn reward points when they book and review any services on Livindigo.  For every friend you successfully refer to Livindigo, you and your friend will get $10 in Livinidigo credits. You can also get points by sharing your experience on social media. These points can be used to book your next health and beauty services on Livindigo.

I highly recommend using Livindigo website. It is a most convenient way to discover health and beauty services around your desired location and you can book them saving time and money.

I hope this information will help to decide the way you book your appointment with health and beauty professionals.  I wish Livindigo services would be available in all major cities of Australia, as all Australians can enjoy the luxury of having an online marketplace for health and beauty services.

Dupe Alert- Benefit Rockatuer and Natio Peach Glow

I was shopping at my stash I find that Natio Peach Glow (14$)can be a possible dupe of Benefit Rockatuer (51$).
Benefit Rockatuer and Natio Peach Glow
Benefit Rockatuer and Natio Peach Glow
Benefit Rockatuer and Natio Peach Glow
Benefit Rockatuer and Natio Peach Glow
   Swatches from left to right

Here is a quick comparison of Benefit Rockatuer and Natio Peach Glow

Both have 5g product but Natio Peach Glow is 14$ and Rockatuer is 51$.
Both shades are very similar, Rockatuer is little bit brownish while Peach glow is pinkish.
Rockatuer is more creamy and pigmented but Peach Glow is also very good quality for its price.
Both give luminous finish but Peach Glow is more shimmery than Rockatuer.
Both lasts on my checks for up to 3-6 hours depending on the weather conditions.

So if you do not want to spend 51$ on Benefit Rockatuer blush, Natio peach Glow is good option for you.

People of Plants Night Cream Review

Price: 29.99$ from Priceline, David Jones and Pharmacies

People of Plants Night Cream comes in pump opaque tube which is very easy to use. I love its packing as it keeps its ingredients away from light and air. The night cream is almost fragrance free and has thick consistency. Upon application it absorb into skin quickly with leaving any residue. It keeps my skin hydrated for all night and i wake up with fresh healthy looking skin.

After few weeks of use my skin looks hydrated and nourished. I do not have wrinkles yet so can not say any thing about wrinkle reduction ability but it make my skin healthy and youthful.

I like this night cream, I did little research on its ingredients and pleased to know that it has plenty of antioxident, natural moisturizing factor and skin repairing ingredients.

I recommend it for those who have dry, normal, mature skin and wants natural skin care with skin beneficial ingredients.

My Rating 5/5

Real Techniques Duo Fiber Collection- Love it or Leave it

Price : 55$ from Priceline and online

Duo Fiber Collection with Regular RT blush Brush
You can see the Density of all three Duo Fiber collection brushes

These brushes comes in a nice packing black and white packing. . In the first look quality feels a bit inferior than regular RT brushes. Here is some main qualities of all these brushes, I will discuss individual later.

  • All the brushes are light weight and can not stand by their own unlike other RT brushes
  • I have washed them many time and hair does not fall off.
  • All of them have soft bristle but not as soft as RT regular collection.
  • All the brushes have their names on it like , face brush, contour brush

Duo Fiber Face Brush:
It is a BIG face brush which is used to apply pigments. Sadly it does not work for me, Its bristles are loose and not very dense . When I apply powders, it wastes a lot of product (I found powder fall off every where) and I have to repeat the process many time .  I tried it many times but it always disappoints me.

Duo Fiber Contour Brush:
It is smaller than regular RT blush brush, its quality is better than face brush, it is dense and bristles are tight. It is great to apply cream/ powder blush or contouring products. This is my favourite brush in this pack.

Duo Fiber Eye Brush:
This is not as fluffy as it should be, it contain very few bristles and it does not apply eye product very well. So this is an other disappointment from this pack.

Final Verdict: I love contour brush and two others are just a miss. But I can not justify 55$ price for these brushes.

In my opinion , Real Techniques duo fiber is not a must have in your brush collection, if you already have some nice brushes.

Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara review

Price:21.95$ from supermarkets and pharmacies

With out Mascara
With Maybelline New York Lash Sensational Mascara

Maybelline New York Lash Sensational Mascara has sleek chubby mauve packing. Its brush has two different sides, the shorter bristles are for short lashes while the big bristles are for long lashes. The wand has curve shape which is very easy to apply.

You can see in the pic that I have small eyelashes. This mascara gives length as well as volume. It last for whole day on  my eyes with out smudging, clumping or flaking. It is long lasting mascara but formula is not water proof so it will smudge if your eyes get watery or eyelids become oily. Personally, I prefer non water proof mascara because it requires little effort to remove, which saves my time at the end of the day. I wear it with my contact lenses and it does not irritate my eyes.

Overall I  really like this Mascara, you can see before and after pics. But this is not the mascara which gives you dramatic thick long lashes, so its better to be realistic with the results. I recommend it for every one who wants pretty natural looking lashes.

To Qualify for sampler Tote i bought David Jones Eyeshadow for 2$

Overall I do like my pink bag, it contains variety of products. I think this bag is different from their previous one because OPI nail polish and david Jones beauty products are not included.

An other point which I want to mention is the absence of coloured cosmetics. I love to see lipstick, blush  or any other cosmetics in these bags. I really love those bags in which Revlon lipstick or Thebalm blush was included.

What do you think of this year sampler bag? I Love to read your comments.
